Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Marketing Executive to support and execute impactful marketing campaigns aligned with our strategic business objectives in Abu Dhabi. This role will play a key part in promoting golf and leisure products across the UAE, with a strong focus on digital platforms, social media, and mobile app marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Support the development and execution of short- and long-term golf and leisure marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver commercially focused campaigns aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, seasonal offers, and event marketing initiatives.
  • Manage member and guest communications via social media, newsletters, and WhatsApp channels.
Digital & Social Media Management
  • Manage golf-related social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Schedule, manage, and publish content using tools such as Sprinklr or similar platforms.
  • Develop and execute strong social media strategies to increase engagement and audience growth.
  • Maintain and update content calendars.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content and campaign strategies.
Content Creation & Creative Development
  • Create engaging golf-related photography and videography content.
  • Design marketing and creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or Canva.
  • Support designers by preparing clear creative briefs while ensuring brand consistency.
Website & Performance Marketing
  • Support website redesign and continuous updates for golf and leisure web platforms.
  • Ensure all website content remains up-to-date and accurate.Drive traffic through SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize website performance and online conversions.
PR, Media & External Coordination
  • Plan and distribute monthly press releases related to events and activities.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, handling logistics and commercial usage on-site.
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication of campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure front-of-house areas have updated marketing and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with operations and events teams for campaign rollouts and execution.
Events & Tournaments
  • Attend and support golf and padel tournaments, corporate events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with event communications, photography, and invite coordination.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in golf, hospitality, sports, or leisure).
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or Canva.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and present insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required for events.
  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocation within the UAE.
