We are seeking a Manager Projects & Insights to join our dynamic team driving high-impact projects and strategic insights that shape the future of our business. This role is pivotal in leading cross-functional initiatives, optimizing business performance, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

As part of the CEO Office Team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across markets and functions, ensuring alignment on key strategic priorities. You will also manage and mentor a team, fostering an environment of analytical rigor, problem-solving, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-priority strategic projects, working across teams to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive results.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions that optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and unlock new revenue streams.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and operational performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own and refine reporting infrastructure, implementing data automation and dashboarding solutions for improved decision-making.

Business Performance & Insights:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to define and track OKRs/KPIs, ensuring initiatives drive measurable impact.
• Use data-driven insights to identify key levers for growth, efficiency, and profitability across various business functions.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams to assess business initiatives and support decision-making.
• Partner with Product & Tech teams to influence improvements in analytics, automation, and strategic problem-solving.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team, ensuring their professional growth and building a strong problem-solving and execution-focused culture.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, provide strategic insights, and drive business transformation initiatives.

Act as a bridge between regional leadership, country teams, and functional heads, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, analytics, or project management within a fast-paced environment (e-commerce, Q-commerce, tech, or management consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of leading and delivering strategic projects with tangible business impact.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and drive data-backed decision-making.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across business, finance, and operations, including senior leadership teams.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution, while managing competing priorities.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in defining processes, building business cases, and executing change management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to present insights effectively to leadership.
