Job description

Leading the Purchasing Department, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure an effective purchasing system. You will oversee the procurement of supplies, equipment, and relevant services, maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Processing payments for all projects as agreed.
  2. Issuing purchase orders for reimbursements and contract fees.
  3. Processing budget setups in Oracle with the accounting team.
  4. Conducting payment forecasts for all projects.
  5. Sourcing supplier data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of project and construction purchasing experience.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, purchasing, shipping, Incoterms, and related processes.
  • Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Strong writing, documentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
