• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Manager or Business Excellence Manager role.
• Proven experience in operations and implementing quality/business excellence processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

• Provide training for Internal Quality Reviewers.
• Review data from customer satisfaction surveys.
