This position is responsible and ensure all Base Cargo Handling Operations to be carried out safely.

Responsibilities
- Liaising with the client, Operations Manager and OFCO logistics team to gather and assist in planning the project logistics activities
- Ensure vessels are efficiently and safely loaded.
- Ensure all logistics team members and sub-contractors work safely and follow OFCO Offshore Support & Logistics Services and client safety guidelines.
- Coordinate all lifting operations.
- Manage and help coordinate all daily logistic tasks and advise the OFCO logistics team of their responsibilities
- Supervise all loading activities onshore and offshore (where applicable).
- Ensure all project information is conveyed to all stakeholders in a professional, detailed and accurate manner.
- Maintain auditable data base of all movements, timings, cargo details and record any delays
- Assist in preparing logistics invoices to clients
- Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure all vessels and crew and in possession of the required paperwork to enter the field(s) and conduct the operations
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Marine Supervisor to ensure vessels are efficiently and safely loaded.
- Ensure all logistics team members work safely and follow OFCO Offshore Support & Logistics Services LLC and client safety guidelines.
- Ensuring all stores and lifting equipment is maintained and kept certified
QHSE Responsibilities
- Implementation of company IMS policy and subsidiary policies.
- Responsible for creating positive health and safety culture in his team.
- Responsible for the implementation of security arrangements of COMPANY
- Comply with the company safety and security guidance and ensure proper implementation in his site / area.
- Participate in HAZARD identification assessment and implementation of identified mitigations and controls.
- Responsible for participating in inspections and walk-through visits on safety equipment and reporting any deficiencies.
- Ensure that all life-saving appliances, FF equipment, and safety equipment are always in good workable condition.
- Conduct TBTs, in-house training and awareness sessions for team members as per COMPANY expectations and planning documents.
- Responsible for the implementation of PPE policy in his site / area.
- Participate in all internal and external audits and close out the findings
- Participation in all HSE-related campaigns, training, drills, SGM, and safety observation reporting
- Accountable for adherence to security arrangements as per COMPANY expectations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years' experience in the field
