A successful candidate will bring 79 years of postqualification experience gained within the UAE, UK, Europe, or the US, supported by a background that ideally includes Private Equity, M&A, or Holding Company structures. The candidate will have a strong track record in real estate, compliance, and corporate governance, along with experience working directly with UHNWIs and managing highly confidential transactions and complex negotiations. Our client requires a candidate with exceptional interpersonal capability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to operate with discretion at all times. Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential.
