About the Role

In this position, the Legal Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance and regulatory investment framework while working closely with external retained counsel to ensure the business remains fully compliant across multiple international jurisdictions. This role offers the chance to operate at a strategic level within a highly professional, diverse, and fast‑evolving environment.

About You

A successful candidate will bring 7–9 years of post‑qualification experience gained within the UAE, UK, Europe, or the US, supported by a background that ideally includes Private Equity, M&A, or Holding Company structures. The candidate will have a strong track record in real estate, compliance, and corporate governance, along with experience working directly with UHNWIs and managing highly confidential transactions and complex negotiations. Our client requires a candidate with exceptional interpersonal capability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to operate with discretion at all times. Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential.
