Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Real Estate or Leasing Agent certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in residential & commercial leasing or property management.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available residential & commercial units.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and conduct property tours.
• Screen and qualify prospective tenants.
• Assist with negotiation of lease terms and renewals.
• Prepare and process leasing documentation.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain records of tenant interactions.
• Conduct market research on competitor offerings.
• Assist in resolving tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
