Job description
Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning & Development Manager to join the team of our client who is one of the largest organisations in Dubai.

The L&D manager will design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs across the organization.

This position has a contract duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning content in both Arabic and English.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs, employee development sessions, and soft skills training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
  • Stay updated on learning technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the L&D offering.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with talent development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance, and evaluation outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in Learning & Development, with hands-on expertise in training design and facilitation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern training methodologies.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms, e-learning tools, and blended learning approaches.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Analytical mindset to assess training impact and ROI.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to adapt training styles to diverse audiences.
