Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering activities related to Operator Training System (OTS) to deliver value-added solutions.
• Ensure successful design completion, maintaining quality to meet review and audit standards.
• Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery, including model section delivery for integration.
• Work according to specifications for model areas.
• Participate in OTS project validation, witness testing, and conduct FAT & I-FAT.
• Provide site support during commissioning, SAT, and project closure.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the OTS domain.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering; a master's degree is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with commissioning OTS & Digital Twin in refining, petrochemical, and polymer process units.
• Experience with Omega Land Software for OTS implementation is an advantage.
• Experience with Yokogawa PACE APC software is an advantage.
• Experience with PetroSIM is an advantage.
