Job summary

A leading recruitment platform is seeking an experienced offshore T&I manager in Sharjah to handle all aspects of transportation and installation projects. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of offshore experience, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and a valid offshore travel fitness medical. Responsibilities include planning T&I campaigns, managing subcontractors, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Candidates must be ready for offshore travel during project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of offshore T&I experience, preferably in renewable Offshore Sub Stations.
• Valid North Sea offshore travel fitness medical and BOSIET (offshore survival training).
• Experience of offshore project during construction phase at yard is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify the scope for offshore T&I of platforms and plan them according to project milestones.
• Manage all T&I subcontractors during engineering and preparations.
• Ensure compliance with the Project HSSE Plan covering T&I activities.
• Prepare and develop installation procedures and method statements as required.
