Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SharePoint Developer with deep expertise in SharePoint development support and administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across SharePoint On-Premises (SE 2022) and SharePoint Online along with strong skills Power Platform and workflow automation tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: BE/ in Computer Science (or related field).
• Experience: Overall 10 years experience and experience in SharePoint development support and administration. Expertise in SharePoint 2016/2019/SE (2022) & SharePoint Online.
• Strong development experience with C# Visual Studio SPFx HTML5/CSS3 JavaScript JQuery.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proficiency with REST APIs WCF JSON XML.
• Experience in building reports/dashboards using SSRS Power BI.
• Strong troubleshooting migration and administration experience.
• Optional/Good to Have: CRM ERP or middleware integration exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design development deployment and migration of SharePoint solutions (On-Prem & Online).
• Differentiate between custom development and leveraging out-of-the-box SharePoint features to meet business needs effectively.
• Develop customize and maintain SharePoint features workflows and applications (Nintex SharePoint Designer Power Automate Power Apps).
• Implement and support SharePoint integration applications REST APIs and SQL databases.
• Conduct design & development reviews troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements create user-focused solutions and deliver engaging digital experiences.
• (Nice to have) Experience with MS Project Server implementation.
