Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops of various brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Apple, etc.)
• Replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, motherboards, hard drives, RAM, batteries, etc.
• Perform system upgrades, BIOS updates, and OS installations (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Troubleshoot power issues, overheating, and performance problems
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs and inventory
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues as needed
• Ensure timely completion of repair jobs with high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and repair techniques
