Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager Pump. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, specifically focusing on the sales and development of pump components used in perfume packaging. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and product applications to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including perfume or cosmetic brands, packaging companies, and distributors.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions related to pump components.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align customer requirements with product offerings.
  4. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the company's footprint.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product innovation.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Manage order processing, delivery schedules, and aftersales support to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  9. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and build relationships.
  10. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 8 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably within the perfume or cosmetic packaging or related industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of pump mechanisms and applications in perfume packaging is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
