In this role, you will:
  • Proactively source and engage top external talent—both locally and globally—through diverse sourcing methods including headhunting, job advertising, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates by conducting initial phone interviews and administering relevant assessments.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and maintain strong working relationships with line managers.
  • Provide consistent weekly updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure full adherence to the recruitment process, starting from requisition approval to final hiring decisions.
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workable) with candidate information, interview notes, and feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver recruitment reports and metrics as required by the business.
  • Update the recruitment tracker regularly and discuss hiring progress with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead.
  • Provide recruitment support to other business areas when needed.
  • Support and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
  • Stay informed on current sourcing trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
