Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure the best possible deals.
  • Procurement Planning: Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand procurement needs and develop strategies to fulfil them.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyse market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for procurement projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all materials and equipment meet the required specifications and quality standards. Coordinate quality inspections and assessments as needed.
  • Logistics: Basic knowledge in logistics operations and documentation is mandatory.
