Job Responsibilities

1. Provide support to the Accounts team to ensure smooth operations of the Accounts Department.
2. Assist the Accountant in completing reconciliations of party accounts and General Ledger.
3. Record necessary entries in the accounts software (Dolphin) following guidance from the Accounts team.
4. Manage important documents and support the team in updating party records.
5. Follow best accounting practices as per GAC Financial policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Graduate, University degree.

Computer Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar industry, ideally within the UAE.
