We are an MEP Contracting Company looking for Jr. Estimation Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

Job Functions:
  • Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs for electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, ducting).
  • Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates, covering materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for pricing accuracy and scope clarification.
  • Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors to collect and compare quotations.
  • Support senior estimation engineers in preparing rate analyses, clarifications, and bid submissions.
  • Maintain organized estimation databases, logs, and records for all ongoing and completed tenders.
  • Provide progress updates and highlight missing information or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and quality procedures in all estimation activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • 1–2 years of experience in MEP estimation
  • Proficient in Planswift, MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software
