(一)岗位职责:
- 负责集团公司经营分析以及管理,项目投资IRR测算等经营分析的管理工作。
- 负责集团公司整体的战略规划报告计划报告、经营分析数据整理。
- 负责推进、监督各经营责任单位预算目标的执行,并进行分析。
- 负责经营中各项专项的分析工作。
(二)任职要求:
- 具备四大会计师事务所相关工作履历,接受过专业的财务能力锻炼;
- 3年以上经营分析相关工作经验,熟练使用数据分析工具,能够通过经营指标分析独立撰写相关报告;
- 接受全球化工作模式,能够接受出国海外工作环境,接受在海外常驻;
- 本科及以上学历;
- 英语流利,可作为工作语言进行专业沟通。
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Group's business analysis and management, including IRR calculations for project investments and other business analysis tasks.
- Oversee the preparation of strategic planning reports, operational reports, and the consolidation of business analysis data for the Group.
- Monitor and supervise the execution of budget targets by various business units, and conduct performance analysis.
- Conduct specialized analysis on key business operations as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms, with professional financial training.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant business analysis experience, proficient in data analysis tools, and capable of independently drafting reports based on business indicator analysis.
- Willingness to adapt to a global work model, including overseas assignments and long-term international relocation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language for professional communication.
