We are hiring on behalf of our client a leading company in the freight forwarding and logistics sector for an experienced Assistant IT Manager to support and enhance IT infrastructure while driving digital transformation. The role reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to integrate AI-powered solutions into operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily IT operations to ensure stability security and efficiency across the business.
• Oversee design deployment and maintenance of hardware software and network systems specific to freight forwarding and logistics.
• Work closely with the CEO to align IT strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
• Identify evaluate and implement AI-based tools to automate processes and improve decision-making.
• Lead IT projects manage budgets and coordinate with external vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity protocols data protection standards and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support on IT systems and AI-driven platforms.

Requirements:
