You own the light commercial air conditioning product roadmap, with a focus on VRF Air Conditioners for sales across all served Middle East and African markets. In this capacity. You are responsible for turnover and margin development of the products in scope.

Your contribution.
You take ownership in defining and executing the optimal strategy to shape a competitive portfolio, including but not limited to pricing, value proposition and excellent customer experience. You work with the sales organization to achieving fast market share growth in each served country. You partenr with sales teams to incorporate the customer perspective and develop winning product and service offerings.

Education: University degree (Master, MBA) in Intl. Business, Management, Industrial Engineering or equal.
Personality: communicative, self-driven and proactive, able to negotiate
Working style: structured and analytical
Experience and Know-how: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales of durable consumer products in an international context. Required: exposure to light‑commercial air‑conditioning (VRF, chillers, air‑side systems). Experience working with Asian markets/cultures is a plus. Strong understanding of pricing strategies and the key P&L levers, with demonstrated ability to apply price‑steering mechanisms;
Collaboration: able to travel internationally, including Asia you understand and feel comfortable to work with foreign cultures
Languages: able to negotiate in English language, other European languages an advantage
