A leading construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking support for its Contracts Team. The role involves preparing contracts through data entry and word processing while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Ideal candidates are recent Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduates from UAE, with strong organizational and clerical skills. Responsibilities include proofreading documents, tracking contract logs, and generating reports for various departments.
Supporting the Contracts Team in preparing contracts by performing data entry, word processing and spreadsheet preparation onto the standard templates, by extracting relevant information from vendors documents. Should have keen eye for detail.
Proof Read No Objection Letters for direct Payment to subcontractors
General document control and administrative works, well-organized, pays close attention to detail, and is able to assisting to prepare/compile contracts for Contracts Dept.
Tracking and updating the log of all issued contracts, and sending reports to various departments on a weekly basis.
Create and maintain a variety of logs/summaries (computer and hard copy including confidential files) to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is available.
