Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 4 years.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contract administration including re-measurement and account payments.
• Attend design and commercial meetings.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage variations.
