Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our PMO team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP systems, Agile methodologies, SLA management, and program governance. This role requires proven leadership in managing large-scale IT projects, working effectively with both external consultants and in-house teams, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects, with a focus on SAP implementation, integration, and optimization.
• Manage program-level initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices for project execution, while adapting to hybrid approaches as needed.
• Establish, track, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project performance metrics.
• Coordinate and align project goals with business stakeholders, external consultants, and internal IT teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Oversee vendor and contract management for external partners and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, PMO standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive stakeholder communication, preparing status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Mentor and support junior project managers within the PMO.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT project and program management.
• Proven track record in delivering large and complex IT projects, particularly involving SAP and S4 HANA is a MUST.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery, SLA tracking, and program governance.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consulting partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Additional certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
• SAP project management or related certifications are an advantage.
