Job summary

A leading e-commerce company located in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive influencer marketing engagement and develop strategies for the Amazon Influencer Program. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in social or influencer marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and be a native Arabic speaker. This role offers an opportunity to creatively engage with influencers and develop innovative marketing strategies across social platforms, contributing significantly to customer engagement and brand awareness.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an entrepreneurial innovative and analytical candidate to drive influencer marketing engagement and adoption strategies at scale for the Amazon Influencer Program.
  • The candidate must be able to work at a strategic level and at a tactical level. Using customer behavior and data to generate strategies for growth and optimizing campaigns with a problemsolving mindset.
  • This candidate will possess a creative and strategic mindset to enable them to engage with influencers of different sizes and ages (Micro to Mega influencers within Millennial and GenZ Segment).
  • Experience in marketing social media and influencer content is highly desired.
  • Our environment requires someone who is flexible detailoriented and comfortable working with multiple teams or partners.
  • Own to the development of influencer engagement and marketing strategy across all social platforms available communication channels and communities to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Support development and of monthly influencer calendar that aligns with new launches marketing priorities and social holidays.
  • Scale program adoption across influencer segments through creative program ideation.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and trends to bring learnings to the program.
  • Own administrative tasks related to influencer engagement initiatives.
  • Own P&L goals for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews planning and reporting processes for influencer business.
A Day in the Life

Overseeing program metrics and strategizing new programs and initiatives that are considered business critical with significant impact. Drive local relevance and engage with influencers by prioritizing a balance between short and longerterm growth objectives. Working backwards from influencers to identify new opportunities to diversify their product mix customer engagement and reach. Analyzing market segment data to identify trends/opportunities as well as assessing and improving business results. Working with Finance Business Intelligence Category teams and Product teams to analyze trends understand business impact and replicate best practices at scale.

About the Team

You will be joining our Creators team within Marketing; whose mission is to engage customers in their online journey and influence their product discovery and shopping decisions. Amazon Creators offers traffic diversity through thousands of sites which link to Amazon through content that engages customers at all stages of the purchasing funnel from inspiration to research price checks discovering a deal or subscribing to a service.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of years experience in Social Marketing Influencer Marketing or Brand Marketing
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within crossfunctional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
  • Experience developing and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms including TikTok Instagram Facebook Snapchat Twitter and YouTube.
  • Native Arabic speaker

  • Experience in managing multiterritory digital marketing and campaign management
