Job Summary

Our client, a leading electrical switchgear manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations. The role ensures smooth workflow across departments while enhancing productivity, compliance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and streamline office workflows, SOPs, and documentation processes
  • Supervise and support office administration staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Implement and optimize productivity tools (ERP, CRM, etc.) for efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee office infrastructure, vendor coordination, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads to support organizational goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office administration/operations management (preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
