Job summary

A luxury hospitality firm in Dubai is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to welcome employees, manage documents, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Hospitality or Human Resources, possesses strong communication skills, and has office experience. This role requires a positive attitude and flexibility in responding to various work situations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma required in a relevant field.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills required.
  • Administrative or office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome employees to the Human Resources Department.
  • Communicate necessary information efficiently within the department.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and review documents accurately.
  • Respond to employee concerns appropriately.
  • Assist HR Administrator in administrative tasks.

JOB SUMMARY

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each employee into the Human Resources Department to ensure their needs are being met.

  • Communicate all necessary information to the concerned members to ensure an efficient flow of information within the department.

  • Provide full administrative support to the Human Resources Department including scheduling of appointments, filing and follow ups.

  • Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of the position. Ensure that employees should not see confidential items and paper.

  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.

  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

  • Assist HR Administrator as requested in HR Administrative work.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality management/Human Resources Management

  • Positive attitude

  • Good communication and people skills

  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

  • Knowledge in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Administrative/ office experience

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
