Come and write a page in the history of Rixos, by being part of the amazing team! The Housekeeping Team Leader will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring our spaces are always sparkling, welcoming, and ready for our guests and community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests and ensuring a positive image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.
  • Guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Manage daily schedules, room assignments, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control.
