Job description

A Housekeeping Attendant at Conrad Dubai supports all Housekeeping and Laundry operations by efficiently handling guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks among team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist the Housekeeping and Laundry teams by delegating daily activities within the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service in all areas of Housekeeping and Laundry according to hotel brand standards.
  • Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, focusing on training and teamwork.
  • Providing excellent guest service.
  • Managing room availability and release for guest service, in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
  • Controlling departmental operations, including employee scheduling, master keys, incident reporting, and linen management.
  • Checking guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests timely.
  • Overseeing uniform cleaning and repairs.
  • Coordinating document and personnel traffic within the department and managing laundry linen releases daily.
  • Handling guest laundry services and clothing releases.
  • Replacing Laundry Attendants during holidays, days off, or absences.
