Your Role

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement the sales strategy for the Dubai market with full responsibility from launch to scale
• Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit train and inspire top sales talent to execute your vision
• Drive Revenue through Tailored Financial Solutions: Collaborate with clients understand their needs and provide bespoke trading and investment opportunities
• Market Monitoring & Trend Analysis: Anticipate trends adapt strategies and ensure continuous competitiveness
• Administrative Excellence: Ensure regulatory compliance contract documentation pipeline tracking and performance optimization

Your Profile

• Academic & Professional Background: Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or similar leadership and sales certifications are a plus
• Trading & Investment Knowledge: Solid expertise in financial products trading strategies and wealth planning
• Leadership Excellence: Proven experience in building leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
• Communication Skills: Clear confident and empathetic communicator capable of guiding both clients and team members
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable navigating fast-changing environments and making strategic decisions with impact
• Language: Fluent English required German language skills are a welcome advantage
