Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and performance of all digital marketing efforts across our in-house brands and business units. This is a leadership position responsible for guiding the digital marketing team, shaping our digital strategy, and driving measurable growth through performance marketing, content, automation, and data.
You will work closely with the Head of Production to align creative, content, and technical outputs with campaign goals — ensuring that digital experiences are not only beautifully crafted but high-converting and performance-optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Lead and manage a growing digital team (including Digital Marketing Managers, SEO / PPC specialists, Social Media, CRM, etc.).
- Oversee execution of campaigns across search, display, paid social, email, and programmatic, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Production to ensure creative assets, landing pages, and digital experiences are aligned with performance objectives.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Lead the adoption and integration of marketing technology tools (e.g., CRM, automation, attribution, analytics).
- Own key KPIs including traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Guide audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and platform updates to maintain digital competitiveness.
- Present campaign results, insights, and strategy updates to senior leadership.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, digital strategy, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Experience working closely with creative / production teams to align execution with campaign strategy.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, conversion optimization, and CRM.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and hands-on analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with headless CMS or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in a hybrid creative + performance-driven team.
- Understanding of UX / UI principles as they relate to conversion and customer journey.
