The baggage operations team, your goal is to ensure that every passenger has a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they check in their baggage to when they collect it at their destination. You will work alongside other professionals to oversee the efficient handling and transportation of passengers' baggage and ensure that all terminal facilities related to baggage operations, such as baggage drop-off and collection points, are properly maintained. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that passengers feel valued and at the center of our operations.
