Job summary

A leading company in the Gulf region is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in retail and HORECA channels. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG or food distribution sectors within the UAE, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The role involves expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth coordination across teams. This is a full-time position based in Ras Al Khaimah.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within FMCG, food distribution, supermarkets, or hospitality supply.
• Demonstrated success in retail and HORECA environments.
• Sound understanding of UAE/GCC market trends and customer dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with supermarkets and grocery stores.
• Identify and secure new clients in the HORECA segment.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Participate in trade shows and marketing events.
