Job Description
  • Warmly welcome and efficiently check-in guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Process check-outs and handle billing accurately, ensuring a smooth departure experience
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests
  • Promote hotel amenities and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
  • Handle reservations and room assignments efficiently
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
