An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) - F&B Service to join Jumeirah Al Naeem.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Create a warm and memorable welcome for every guest, offering personalised attention and seamless introductions to service colleagues.
• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring a flawless experience through thoughtful planning and execution.
• Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with confidence, drawing on deep menu knowledge and understanding of guest preferences.
• Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating their needs, recalling their preferences, and elevating each visit.
• Act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in‑house dining themes and local highlights.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully and promptly, turning moments of dissatisfaction into lasting positive impressions.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5‑star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
• Experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.
