Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service from guest arrival to departure. Responsibilities include managing front desk activities, cash handling, and addressing guest inquiries. Ideal candidates should have a service-focused personality, fluency in English and Arabic, and relevant hotel industry experience. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a guest service role is preferred.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is required.
  • Ability to develop friendly, personalized relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and take care of them from their arrival through to departure.
  • Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily reports.
  • Contribute to guests' satisfaction by providing high quality services.
  • Help meet department's quantitative targets through sales efforts.
  • Deal swiftly with guest complaints and follow through.
