Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Hacker to help us scale smarter. You'll sit at the intersection of data, automation, marketing, and product, working closely with our Chief Growth Officer to design, build, and optimize growth engines across the customer lifecycle.

This role is part analyst, part technologist, part experimenter. If you're excited by blending AI tools, CRM workflows, data insights, and a bit of clever hacking to unlock new growth, this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion
  2. Own and optimize CRM automation (email/SMS/push) across markets
  3. Build AI-powered workflows to improve outreach, onboarding, and retention
  4. Analyze customer and campaign data to surface actionable insights
  5. Implement and manage no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Retool, etc.)
  6. Collaborate with GTM, product, and engineering teams to ship fast and iterate faster
  7. Stay on top of AI and growth tech trends and bring in what works

Requirements

  • 3 years in a growth, CRM, marketing ops, or automation role
  • Strong grasp of data funnels, segmentation, and experimentation
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
  • Comfort working with APIs, no-code tools, and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, Make)
  • Bonus: SQL, Python, or prompt engineering skills
  • Even bigger bonus: Experience in fintech or regulated markets
  • You’re curious, creative, and relentless about unlocking growth
