• 6–9 years in operations risk, internal controls, or internal audit across operational processes.
• Proven history of reducing cycle times, exception rates, or regulatory findings.
• Additional training in HSE, AML, or Data Privacy regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh standard operating procedures (SOPs) for high-risk processes.
• Perform risk and control reviews through walk-throughs and spot checks.
• Own the operational control issue log and monitor follow-up actions.
