Ready to kickstart your career in Quantity Surveying? AECOM is looking for a Graduate Project Surveyor to join our team and support the delivery of real-world building projects across the region. This is your opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, apply your academic knowledge, and build a strong foundation in cost and commercial management.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in preparing cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities.
  • Support the development of tender documentation and viability studies.
  • Help monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget.
  • Assist in evaluating variations, preparing change orders, and cost reports.
  • Contribute to the assessment of contractor claims and value engineering exercises.
  • Maintain project records, data libraries, and support report formatting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery from concept to completion.
