Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• UAE National with Family Book.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site.
• Support the Site Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring progress.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing engineering solutions.
• Participate in site meetings for project planning and coordination.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
