Description

We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Dubai to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions. We assist employees relocating due to their company's initiatives, helping them integrate into the new area, and supporting spouses/partners with job search strategies to find new employment or career opportunities.

The Coach works one-on-one with program participants using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology. This is a part-time, contract, remote position, approximately 10-15 hours per month.

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve goals.
• Guide employees through coaching processes and milestone completion.
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and career options.
• Coach on CV/résumé writing, marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiating.
• Maintain electronic service records for each employee serviced.
• Monitor progress, consult on job search skills, and address personal issues affecting careers.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience coaching job seekers, including resume development, interview prep, career exploration, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Experience working with job seekers in Dubai.
• Proven facilitation, business coaching, and integration coaching skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in English and at least one additional language preferred).
• Ability to analyze transitional needs and foster positive relationships.
• Understanding of business and cultural practices in Dubai.
• Currently resides and/or works in Dubai.
• High-speed internet and a headset with microphone or earbuds for remote work.
• Experience working with diverse professions and levels of job seekers.

Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree in human behavior, business, or related field (preferred).
• Coaching certification or training.
• Familiarity with Zoom & MS Teams.
• Has relocated internationally; expat or repat preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural competence.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
