Global Business Development Manager - Kitchens
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Actively participate in the sales cycle, including both retail and project-based sales, and engage with distributors and partners.
- Establish sales targets and define effective strategies to achieve them.
- Specify and promote the brand to key stakeholders such as developers, consultants, and interior designers across the region.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement brand-aligned marketing strategies and support ongoing promotional activities.
- Conduct training sessions for distributor and partner staff to ensure product and brand alignment.
- Generate and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for business development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the German / HQ factories, Middle East office, and distributors / partners.
- Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring timely delivery and coordination among proposal teams.
- Draft proposal documents based on internal discussions and team input.
- Maintain and regularly update the Business Development database.
- Willingness to travel extensively across MENA, Asia, and Africa.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Design, or Architecture.
- Preferably experienced in working with multinational companies.
- Prior experience in the interior design industry is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in key account management and achieving sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in kitchen solutions within the GCC / MENA region. Candidates with experience in related fields such as furniture or building materials will also be considered.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development management.
