At Gleeds in the UAE are inviting applications to be considered for future Data Centre opportunities. We will have roles open at various levels for qualified MRICS chartered Cost Management professionals who are passionate about Data Centre project delivery.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

• 5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organisation
• 5+ years experience living and working in the GCC
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning
• Extensive project experience in Data Centres
• Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies
• Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasks
• Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written
• Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
• Ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or project management
• MRICS or equivalent chartered status
• Middle East project experience
• Arabic language skills desirable
• Native English level written and oral skills
