Job description

The General Manager oversees all operations and drive business growth for our company in Dubai. The General Manager will provide strategic leadership, manage a team of managers across multiple departments, and ensure superior operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives for the Dubai business unit
• Oversee all operations including sales, marketing, compliance, mid office operations and risk
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of department managers and staff
• Implement effective processes, policies, and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to make informed business decisions that maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Identify opportunities for growth, new products/services, and process improvements
• Manage relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive reports on performance, risks, and future projections for senior leadership
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA preferred
