Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in franchise development and management, preferably in the retail sector.
• Knowledge of the franchise industry and economy in UAE.
• Experience with financial analysis and feasibility studies.

• Manage the development and implementation of franchise strategy for ADNOC Distribution.
• Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities.
• Oversee performance of franchisees and ensure compliance with agreements.
