Job summary

A diversified regional business in Dubai is seeking a Fleet Administration Executive to ensure efficient operations within their Electric Mobility fleet team. The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of experience in Fleet Administrative Operations Management. Proficiency in SAP and MicroSoft Office is required. This position involves coordination between internal and external stakeholders to maintain error-free transaction records and support vehicle deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years knowledge in Fleet Administrative Operations Management practices and procedure.
• Knowledge in Human Resources Management and Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks for the Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility fleet team.
• Manage all fleet test drives and coordinate with sales coordinators.
• Ensure timely and complete documentation for vehicle registration.
