Job summary

A leading mobility company in Dubai is seeking a Fleet & Maintenance Executive to ensure optimal functioning and upkeep of their fleet. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with RTA regulations, and maintaining accurate vehicle documentation. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, strong technical skills, and proficient in MS Excel. This role promotes accountability and proactive management in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or vehicle operations preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of RTA processes and UAE vehicle compliance.
• Technically savvy with a good grasp of vehicle maintenance diagnostics and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inspection, maintenance, and accident repair activities.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with RTA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents and maintenance logs.
• Collect and verify data on vehicle expenses.

About the Role

What Youll be Doing

• Coordinatingallinspectionmaintenanceandaccidentrepairactivitieswith workshops andvendors to ensure timely resolution and minimal vehicle downtime.
• Developingandexecutingpreventivemaintenanceschedulestoenhanceeet reliabilityand operational readiness.
• EnsuringfullcompliancewithRTAregulationsbymanagingtimelyvehicleregistration renewals and related government requirements.
• Maintainingaccuraterecordsofvehicledocumentsmaintenancelogsregistration lesand incident reports for audit and operational purposes.
• CollectingverifyinganduploadingdatarelatedtoSalikchargestrafcnesfuel expensesand maintenance invoices; liaising with nance and relevantdepartments for accurate cost allocation.
• Leveraging strongmechanical and technical understanding to communicate effectivelywithworkshopsensuringqualityrepairsandcostcontrol.

• Willingnesstoworkexiblehoursincludingweekendsorafter-hourstosupport urgent eetrequirements or breakdowns.
• Enforcingcompanypoliciesandsafetyprotocolsacrossalleetactivitiespromoting a culture of accountability and risk reduction.
• Supportingothereet-relatedinitiativesandtasksasassignedbymanagement.

What You will need for this position

• Minimum35yearsofexperienceineetmanagementorvehicleoperationspreferably in the UAE.
• StrongunderstandingofRTAprocessesandUAEvehiclecompliancelandscape.
• Technicallysavvywithagoodgraspofvehiclemaintenancediagnosticsandrepair processes.
