About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented entry‑level Finance Officer based in Dubai. In this role, you will support the finance team by managing day‑to‑day financial transactions, preparing reports, and interacting with clients. You will collaborate closely with senior accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Prepare presentations and financial summaries for internal and client meetings
  • Collaborate with clients to address queries and provide financial information
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create clear and engaging slides
  • Excellent client‑facing communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Fluency in English
