Overview

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and install machinery while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Responsible for advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs of medical devices, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support, maintenance, and installation for medical equipment, ensuring compliance, documentation, and customer satisfaction while identifying sales opportunities.
• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IVD equipment, ensuring compliance, and delivering technical support while building customer relationships.
• Manage engineers in North Africa, coordinate field service projects, provide technical support, and ensure quality documentation for turbomachinery services.
