Female BDE / Broker Relationship Manager Real Estate (Arabic Speaker)

Company: Meraki Developers

We are looking for a Female Business Development Executive / Broker Relationship Manager with minimum 6 months of real estate experience. Arabic speaking candidates preferred. Broker experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with brokerage firms, agents, and key industry partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify growth opportunities and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless broker support.
  • Track performance metrics, provide reports to management, and forecast partnership performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings, webinars, and training sessions with broker partners.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 6–5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales (brokerage or related industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or partnership goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
